Return Policy

You can return any UPS with no questions asked up to 14 days after you receive your order (Please don’t abuse this policy and we have the right to say no). We will also replace any UPS that is not working properly within 1-year of purchase subject to our warranty policy. Please note that we cannot refund any postage fees in this instance. Items should be returned using a recorded delivery method, as we cannot be liable for items lost in the post. For more details about our 14 days return policy and terms and conditions, please find your situation below:

1. I just want to return my item with no questions asked. Can I do it?

Absolutely. You can return any item purchased from us within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in its original packaging and any accessories/manual must be returned as well. I’m sure you are not keen to purchase UPS with scratched or dented or cracked, even slightly, do you?

2. How long will this take?

We aim to process all returns within 14 days.

3. I have an Unwanted Item:

If you change your mind and no longer want the items ordered, you will need to return these to us within 14 days of purchasing.

4. I have Received the Wrong Item:

Should you receive any incorrect items, you will need to return these to us within 14 days of purchasing.

5. I have Ordered the Wrong Item:

If you have ordered the wrong items, you will need to return these to us within 14 days or purchasing. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the item.

6. I have Received a Damaged/Faulty Item:

Should you receive any Damaged or Faulty items please notify us as soon as possible.

7. My UPS is not working properly:

If you are having technical difficulties, please let us know about the problem. Our technical support team will work with you to troubleshoot and try to resolve the problem.

8. Do you Refund my Returns Cost/Charges?

We do not pay for return cost/charges where the mistake lies with the buyer. In the rare case we have to collect items from the customer site and we reserve the right to deduct this from any refund made to the customer.

9. Order Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order by calling in. However, an email followup is REQUIRED to document the transaction. Email urgent@monsterups.com If your order has NOT shipped yet, we can usually cancel the order for you.

10. Shipping Returns:

Make sure the Battery in the UPS is disconnected, as it’s very important to guarantee the safe shipment of the unit. Package the unit securely, using the original shipping box, if original shipping box is unavailable make sure that the packing materials used are sufficient for

the weight of the UPS. Items should be returned using a recorded delivery method, as we cannot be liable for items lost in the delivery.

11. Damaged/Faulty Return:

Items should be returned in original condition and using a recorded delivery method, as we cannot be liable for items lost in the post. Upon receipt of the damaged/faulty items, we will dispatch replacement items free of charge. If a suitable replacement is not available or not in stock, the customer will be notified and given the option of waiting for a suitable replacement or a refund being issued.

MONSTER UPS uninterruptible power supply (UPS) products are not fail-safe devices. Although well designed and manufactured, like all electrical, electronic and mechanical devices they have the potential to fail. This should be taken into consideration by customers when designing any critical system.
